Recipe: The Sloe + Strawberry
Black Cow's latest delicious and sustainable expression sees the meeting of vodka and strawberries (locally-sourced, left-over or misshapen English strawberries that would otherwise go to waste). These berries are pressed and then infused in Black Cow vodka for four days, and the result is a summery flavour, add rich sloe liqueur into the mix, and this cocktail becomes ideal for colder months.
Ingredients
20ml Sloe liqueur
10ml Lemon juice
Top with soda water
Method
Add the Black Cow, sloe liqueur, honey and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
Strain into a tall glass over ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with sage and thyme leaves.
