To mark World Earth Month at The Nest rooftop at Treehouse Hotel London have partnered with British-made spirits brand, Sapling to raise awareness for climate change via a specially curated cocktail menu.
Sapling promotes a zero waste ethos and together they've developed a zero waste cocktail menu. Here's there's four drinks, and on Earth Day - mark 22 April in your diary - for every cocktail bought from this menu, one tree will be planted in Treehouse’s name.Â
Every booking on the day will also receive a complimentary Sapling + Notpla Ooho, an edible bubble made from seaweed, 100% plastic-free, vegan, and naturally biodegradable filled with Sapling Vodka and a homemade sustainable mixer.

Ingredients
30ml Sapling Gin
20ml Avallen Calvados
50ml Citrus Cordial
Top with Soda Water
Method
Add the gin, calvados and cordial to a cocktail shaker, then strain into a highball glass.Â
Top with soda water.Â
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
