The Little Lobster Bar Opens In Borough Market
There's a new bar in town and it serves up lobster 'n' champagne
Love lobster? Well, The Little Lobster Bar is now open in the heart of Borough Market at Market Hall, Bedale Street.
The Champagne and seafood bar is brought to you by the team behind Bedales of Borough and BOB’s Lobster, founders Rob Dann and Jamie Watts and of course, Ruby, their original 1957 Vintage VW split screen converted Campervan. (Ruby was imported from Indiana and restored in Darlington as a mini restaurant kitchen).
As with BOB’s Lobster, the menu here has been devised by Rob and created by their Head Chef Irene Barriga-Rodriquez. Think Crab Tacos, Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese, BOB’s signature Lobster & Crayfish Roll, Lobster Arancini and Shrimp Cocktail, and yes, you’ve guessed it, it’s all washed down with Champagne Laurent-Perrier, frozen margaritas, and their very own van-made, Southern style lemonade. Yum, yum, yum. And the choice is yours, eat in or take away and explore.
This has got to be the most delish truck in town.
