With Gusbourne rosé Champagne, of course.
Recipe: French 77 Pink Champagne Cocktail
A fancy(ier) take on the classic French 75 cocktail, meet the shi-shi cocktail cousin, the 77. Expect plenty of pink fizz, and gin to match.
Ingredients:
135ml Gusbourne Rose NV
25ml Pink Mermaid Gin
20ml elderflower liqueur
3 dashes orange bitters
5ml lemon juice, and rind for decoration
Method:
To a cold flute add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and orange bitters, and top up the glass with the fizz.
Decorate with a twist of lemon rind.
