Celebrate National Cosmopolitan Day

If the Coronation weekend couldn’t get any better…it just did, thanks to National Cosmopolitan Day on Sunday 7th May, and so we have a vodka and a recipe to toast the King and the cocktail.
In collaboration with Master Distiller, Urszula Wojcik, and award-winning Cocktail Barman, Karol Terejlis, Jan Woroniecki launched Kavka Vodka in 2021. Using a blend of rye and wheat spirits with added apple and plum fruit spirits, expect a crisp acidity and a little natural sweetness. Perfect then, for a Cosmo…and they share their recipe for it.
Ingredients
50ml Kavka Estate
25ml Fortunella Orange Liqueur
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup
Method
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist
